Due to our consistent growth and given we are a private firm, WHS has the ability and the opportunity to extend shares for those interested in benefiting from our aggressive growth.

Our intention is to add 2 more locations in China (1 in Shanghai and 1 in Beijing) before year-end which will bring us to 7 total stores.  Beyond our retail expansion, we are also growing our newly launched wholesale distribution business:  NUDIRECTION-ASIA (www.nudirection-asia.com) and furthering our e-commerce model. 

This round will be our last round for private investors as our next will involve institutional investors.

WHS opens her 5th Store in China

I am pleased to announce that our 5th store in China is open – residing in Pudong, Shanghai at the newly constructed Kerry Parkside.  In this airy retail complex of 45,000 square meters, WHS is amongst the company of quality lifestyle brands such as the GAP, Baker & Spice, H&M and others.   
Similar to our location in Puxi, Shanghai – Kerry Parkside serves as a hub location for residents, shoppers and corporate executives.  
Within a span of 4 months, WHS has opened 2 locations in Shanghai upon the invitation of both retail complexes.  Supporting this growth has been a newly minted team that has quickly assembled, grown and pushed us to the next level of growth.

In Pudong, the store is headed by Diego Figueiredo from Brazil and Rock Chai from Shanghai – both have over 10 years of experience in health & wellness and provide advice and counsel to clients.  In 2009 and 2010, Rock Chai placed first and second in the Shanghai Bodybuilding Competition.  He remains active in the scene as a coach of the Shanghai Bodybuilding Team as well as trainer for the China Nutritionist Union.  Bi-lingual and boldy passionate about helping others, Rock counsels all walks of life about nutrition and fitness.

Moving forward, we look forward to our Shanghai team building our Hong Qiao location.  More news forthcoming as we move forward.
