May is one of my favourite months in China. Spring arrived in Beijing, together with sunny days, wind and flowers in full bloom. We get some clear blue skies in Beijing – apart for this last week and there's just an overall good feeling in the air. It happened to me to be in the Auto China Fair, wandering around really hot and thirsty, and all I could find was water, super sweet ice tea or coke.. Drunk it and after few minutes I felt more thirsty than before. Why? The reason why is that my body is maybe smarter than my brain and knows exactly what it needs: once back, as soon as I gulp down fresh fruit juices I felt like it went down directly to my limbs and my all body regenerates. Love it. But the most important reason why I love juices is that juicing is no longer just a fad. Supported by scads of studies, juicing is fast becoming a way of life for the health-‐conscious at heart. That's because diets high in fruits and vegetables can help prevent or cure a wide range of ailments. Fresh-‐squeezed juices liquefies the vitamins, minerals and enzymes found in fruits and vegetables for a quick, convenient way to keep the doctor away.
I firmly believe that juicing is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle. Still not convinced? There are many obvious reasons-‐-‐ and some you may never have thought of-‐-‐ to juice your way to better nutrition! Let’s have a look at some of them.

In my previous two blogs, we’ve discussed in detail a weight loss plan and lifestyle for office ladies. I bet those who have followed my instructions from the very beginning, must have noticed changes in yourself: unobstructed intestinal tracts, a smaller belly and better skin. I recommend forty minutes to one hour walk after dinner every day, this mild aerobics exercises are enough to keep balance for the calories you take, however, you have to do moderate strength and body-shaping training if you are not satisfied to just keep balance for the calories intake, but also hope to better your physique.
As the cliché goes, many women worry that they would be like a muscular man by weight training. In fact, you do not have to worry too much about that. The way you are doing training and the levels of hormone vary, men and women will get different results after strength training. Besides, it is not an easy job to grow big muscles. The right training method will only get a muscular outline and an attractive body figure rather than chunky muscles. Moderate weight and intensive training will not only carve out a muscular shape, but slash extra fat as well.
Healthy lifestyle in Beijing or Shanghai is a huge challenge. Restaurants are cheap, and food is everywhere. Since a lot of people eat outside not only for dinner but also for lunch it is hard to stick to a healthy diet. My answer for that is cooking in batches. Which means I cook a lot of food in one go and I put it in containers. I can freeze it in and take it to work easily.
Whenever someone asks me out for lunch I say with a proud smile: Not this time mate, I cooked and brought a delicious meal!!!

I myself am a fanatic when it comes to health products. I certainly didn’t found WHS just for the money – there are many other simpler ways to just make money – but when you do something you love then life has meaning.
Why read the news? Why eat breakfast? Sometimes our habits can be more responsible for our behavior than active decision-making. When those habits are ‘good’ habits, this may not necessarily be a bad thing – in this case we have effectively programmed ourselves to become good-doing machines. Problems arise when we forget why it was we developed the habit in the first place and become stuck in a pattern of sub-optimal decision-making.
I am from Italy and I have lived in China for over 4 years. I am completely aware that in a crowded city like Beijing it’s rare for anyone to get time to work on our nutrition and health goals:
