World Health Store (WHS) - Management Team Profile Drew Campbell, CEO & Founder
The essence of World Health Store is drawn from Drew’s personal philosophy which he applies to his management style:
Dora Campbell (Dou Xuan), Co-Founder Dora has been with World Health Store since the start of three years ago. With over seven years of design experience in advertising firms and gifting companies along with a technical background from Hebei Institute of Technology, Dora conceptualizes and visually translates the WHS culture on paper. She works with the team to express World Health Store in a seamless bi-lingual fashion on all marketing materials from logo to brochures to store environment. Inspired by fitness, she moved to World Health Store to help the firm build its visual identity from the beginning. As World Health Store expands, Dora’s role is increasingly strategic as she is the right arm of the CEO & Founder and advises on supply chain management, operations, human resources, accounting, and marketing. Margie Chiang, Director (Board Of Directors) Margie has over ten years of healthcare marketing experience and nearly nine years of hands-on China operations experience. Prior to her health & wellness career, she was based in Shanghai growing her family's semiconductor equipment trading firm. She began her transition into healthcare in 2000 after obtaining her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Accumulating product management experience in both the wellness space and medical device area, she launched an herbal tea line for Deepak Chopra’s start-up, My Potential, and managed a USD65 million endoscopic vessel harvesting medical device line at Guidant (acquired by Boston Scientific in 2006). In 2007, she re-entered China as a senior consultant on the health care team at Ruder Finn Public Relations. The following year, she joined Edelman Public Relations as one of their directors in the corporate communications practice. At World Health Store, Margie is leading the firm’s market entry into Shanghai by overseeing all aspects of the new business ranging from operations and administration to partnerships and PR. As a community advocate, Margie serves as the Vice Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Marketing & Media Committee and Social Chair of the Kellogg Alumni Association.
Jim discovered boxing and body building after he left Beijing for Melbourne at fifteen years old and began to compete in both while growing up in Australia. A natural interest in sports nutrition and related health topics resulted and manifested itself into a sales management role with NuSkin when Jim returned to Beijing in 2003. Leveraging his bi-cultural background, Jim not only managed a sales territory but also worked as a bridge between the corporate office and key Chinese authorities given his fluency in both Mandarin and English. After his stint at NuSkin, Jim used his fitness knowledge to become a distributor of imported sports nutrition brands. From this experience, he developed a wholesale account network throughout China. At World Health Store, Jim manages the supply chain from importing products to sourcing wholesale accounts throughout China. His past experience in government affairs has facilitated a secure supply chain from port to point-of-sale.

Ay Lin Kho, Customer Service Manager
With her Master of Science degree she did not want to work as a researcher; with a unique profile and carefully chosen majors such as Marketing and Communication on the one hand and Nutrition Science on the other she aimed for positions in commercial health companies being the translator in the grey area between science and marketing. She worked at nutrition giants like Nutricia, leading baby milk powder in The Netherlands (a sister organization of the baby nutrition company Dumex in China) where she worked in medical sales and Yakult, the leading Japanese fermented milk drink containing probiotics, where she worked at the European headquarters in Corporate Communication. Ay Lin was born in The Netherlands, her parents are from Indonesia but her ancestors are Chinese. With all the experience in The Netherlands: She always wanted to work in Asia…Back to her roots!
