Marketing & Events Manager – Health Store (Beijing & Shanghai)

Responsibilities:

· Attend, plan, organize and ran events throughout Beijing.
· Network and grow relationships with gymnasiums, health clubs and personal trainers through Beijing.
· Sales and strong knowledge communicated about health, products and fitness
· Collaborate with senior management on marketing and business development initiatives
· Ensure that World Health Store brand is well represented in the community
· Give presentations and speeches to the public about health

Requirements:

· Strong understanding about health, fitness and supplements.

Store Manager (Beijing Shunyi & Shanghai Pudong)

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the management of retail store operations including achieving sales goals, motivating the store team to reinforce customer service and ensuring the store consistently executes all operational functions to WHS standards. 

· Achieve and or exceed all sales goals established for the store
· Oversee operations including yet not limited to deliveries, inventory management, budgeting and team scheduling
· Establish, model and reinforce outstanding customer service
· Foster a positive work and shopping environment that promotes sales
· Collaborate with senior management on marketing and business development initiatives

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager to run retail store operations with a focus on excellent customer service and execution of operational functions.

· Collaborate with Store Manager to reach/exceed sales targets
· Manage daily sales at the store by helping customers
· Leverage health & wellness knowledge so as to share with customers in verbal and written format
· Update and maintain company website
· Receive and organize inventory

Requirements:

· Native/fluent level of Chinese and conversational in English
