Well, Beijing's winter is cold, cold and cold, and its already came. Do you find its hard to move you butt to do exercise? Winter is the season for most people stock up fat, weight, as human nature, when its cold, we don't like to move but instead eat a lot.
Tell me your way to keep yourself show up in the gym.

Winter makes me lazy in the mornings, I feel like I need to stay away from carbs for lunch or else I always feel like sleeping. So low carb lunch but lots of veggies then good workout in the afternoon is my plan. Motivation is key!

Me too,it will take longer time to warm body up, but it's good season for bodybuilders to store muscle and strength.and watch movie "Rocky" running in the cold weather maybe can motivate us,

You can always try a pre-workout supplement, will get anyone pumped and ready to go. but for me i just motivate myself and get going, set a goal and go for it. train hard, recover even harder and perform better.
