Earlier today I ate a big bowl of raw spinach with vinagrette. Afterwards, I read that a 1/2 cup of chopped spinach everyday for four months can reduce the damage carcinogenic substances have on our DNA by 55%; even the worst toxins won't survive in an environment where chlorophyll is present.
In the human body the blood is the life force, that which keeps us all alive, that which transports the oxygen to our every cell; to plants the life force is Chlorophyll. Maybe we once knew the impact Chlorophyll had on our bodies – long before there was a name for it – at a time when we ate it consistently before too many options were created. Maybe at that time we recognized Chlorophyll to be even the human life force. Today not much of the food we regularly eat is the color Green. If it is, we’ve probably boiled it for twenty minutes, resulting in the loss of two thirds of the original Chlorophyll. Or we might eat some raw salad, iceberg lettuce perhaps, which pale green complexion is an obvious sign of its lack of Chlorophyll.
It’s not easy living on a healthy diet, maybe if you isolate yourself on a remote island with nothing but greens, far away from delicious but quite unhealthy foods you could make it. There are a lot of distractions here in the Big City, but one thing is certain, if you give your body some time to heal with the pleasure of Greens then it will pay you back in full and then some. The energy you store is your gift at the end of every day and you wake up refreshed. For me the most effective food on this earth has to be Chlorella, its high density of Chlorophyll works as a strong detoxification at the same time it nourishes even your DNA, through the addition of Chlorella Growth Factors (CGF) to your system. CGF is a mix of RNA, DNA, all essential amino acids (meaning those which your body can’t produce on its own) and a complete spectrum of vitamins and minerals. A similar, more commonly known gift of nature is Spirulina which has abundant nourishment. Three grams is equivalent to three big plates of organic vegetables. This miracle substance can reverse all signs on the lungs of longtime smoking or the similar effect pollution has on your organs.
Of course living in China has a few disadvantages. If you’re in search of these wonderful products made by Mother Nature herself and they luckily do exist on the shelf of your favorite store, there is sadly the question of quality; but that’s hardly a Chinese phenomenon. Maybe one day we can reach back to the era before we started spraying that which we urgently put in our mouths; maybe we’ll eventually realize that the price we pay for food is tripled over the years to come if it’s been exposed to that range of chemicals that speeds up the growth process and increases the harvest. Maybe a few years from now it will be too late. Maybe then we will look back, shake our heads and wish we could go back to change it all.
So what can we do today? We should do that which makes us proud of ourselves, that which will earn the respect of our children. But most importantly we should do what is best for our Earth. We need to stop measuring health through the resource of capital and once and for all accept that the negative progression has to come to an end. Today that change is our responsibility, as nobody did it before us.
So back to Greens and the power of Chlorophyll, there is a great variety of grasses that delivers oxygen to your cells. As they act as your life force they will help your body take advantage and absorb all nutrients it’s given, as before much of them might have been lost to an acidic physical environment. As long as they haven’t been tainted with pesticides, and preferably grown out of organic seeds, you will be doing Earth a favor growing them, well actually all of us, increasing the valuable oxygen to our air supply. I always feel good buying my bag of powdered grasses, Barley, Alfalfa or Wheat; because I know it’s an investment, a very small step, but still a step in the right direction.
