BEIJING & SHANGHAI ONLY CASH ON DELIVERY SERVICE

WHS offers cash on delivery (COD) service to all residents in Beijing and Shanghai (excluding air or water filters). FREE delivery is available to WHS - Platinum Members if the order exceeds 600 RMB and you live in Beijing or Shanghai.

If you order and finalize your order (7 days a week) on a week day it will arrive to your home or office the next day between 17:00-18:30 (if no other option is requested). When we say finalized we mean that we have also contacted you and confirmed via phone or email about your delivery time - please have your phone / mobile turned on.

Beijing Customers: For non WHS Platinum Members or orders under 600 RMB there will be a small charge of around 30 RMB for most average sized orders.

Shanghai Customers: For orders under 600 RMB there will be a small charge of around 15-60 RMB depending on distance and size of order.

EVERYWHERE IN CHINA EXPRESS DELIVERY

WHS also delivers to all customers living in places other than Shanghai or Beijing. For orders over 600 RMB delivery is FREE for WHS Platinum Card members to all areas, for all other orders there will be a small charge of around 30 RMB for most average sized orders. We will contact you by phone or email to confirm the order and arrange payment after you have placed your order.

Deliveries take about 4-5 days after payment is made. Currently we accept international Pay Pal and direct bank transfer as a payment method.  Once you place your order we will be in contact with you immediately to finalize your order, delivery and payment options.
