And simple instructions for the quick and easy burrito below:





1. Have boiled chicken breast already prepared. I personally use about 1/2 - 3/4 of a normal breast per burrito I make. This makes for around 30grams of protein by the way.
2. Pre-heat oven for about 10 mins at about 200 degrees.
3. Put half Tortilla (burrito) bread on baking tray.
4. Put sliced pieces of boiled chicken on tortilla
5. Put sliced olives, low fat cheese and honey mustard (or your choice of flavors and ingredients)
6. Cook until tortilla starts to just become slightly brown - takes usually around 8mins.
7. Take out from oven and add some chopped fresh tomatoes and/or fresh spinach/lettuce.
Yum! That easy - and as I had the boiled chicken ready and other ingredients above are simple the whole meal takes about 15mins to prepare total and tastes DELICIOUS!
